Amy Marra is the clinical director of ABA services at our Fort Wayne clinic. The focus of her job includes overseeing clinical supervision of staff and clients, conducting patient evaluations, writing treatment plans, hiring and staff development, community outreach and marking, public speaking, and providing leadership through the clinic environment. Prior to working at Piece by Piece, Amy was a BCBA at Children’s Autism Center overseeing a caseload of 8 clients, a Program Manager at Possibilities Northeast, an in-home Developmental Therapist for children with disabilities ages birth to 3 years of age for the Indiana First Steps program, and the Regional Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters. 

 

Outside of work, Amy enjoys boating, gardening, biking and hiking. Amy received her Master of Arts degree on December 15, 2018 from Ball State University.
