LEBANON TEAM

Kayla McWhirt is a district clinical director overseeing Frankfort and Lebanon locations. Her overall goal is to provide supervision to ensure advance training for both behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians to ensure all clients receive high quality of therapy while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment throughout the clinics. Prior to the district clinical director role, she gained experience across the company working in multiple positions within the company including office manger, clinical support specialist, behavior analyst, and clinical director of Frankfort.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three children such as camping, boating and gardening. She has a Bachelors of Science in Speech Hearing and Language Sciences from Purdue University, a Masters in Public Management and Health Administration from Indiana University and a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
