Kayla Rider is the Clinical Director and a BCBA at our Monticello location. Kayla oversees all clinic operations including but not limited to client programming, training of staff, staff performance reviews, client intakes, student supervision, parent training, and more. Prior to working at Piece by Piece, Kayla worked as a BCBA in clinics in the surrounding Indianapolis area. During this time, she held a caseload between 8-10 clients. This caseload included writing behavior intervention plans, creating client programming, overseeing staff implementing ABA therapy, and more.

 

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her foster daughter, dogs, and watching sports. Kayla received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Ball State University in 2016.
